US Quadball is excited to announce the hiring of Ashley Collier as the new CEO for the organization. Collier is an experienced non-profit administrator with over 25 years in high-performance sports and national mission-focused non-profits including the American Red Cross and Special Olympics.
Collier comes to US Quadball from US Archery, where she recently served as High Performance Program Manager. In addition to her time at archery, Collier has served in a high-performance role at USA Field Hockey and USA Rugby, focusing on national teams and high-performance team management. With her experience in high-performance sports she brings a strong background in sport management and development, among other qualities from her experiences. In addition to her sport's background, Collier has worked as a high-level administrator at mission-focused non-profits. She is committed to creating change and engaging the community to see the difference they can make.
Outside of work, Collier enjoys spending time with her family - wife (Loriann) and two cocker spaniels (Biscuit & Gracie). Additionally, she loves to travel, attending collegiate athletic events and spending time with friends.
Collier started her role at the end of July, working with the board and outgoing Senior Director of Membership & Operations, Megan Anderson, to become acquainted with league operations and to connect with partners. “I’m excited for Ashley to take the helm of USQ,” said Anderson. “She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table, as well as fresh ideas and an outside perspective to the league. Our members and staff are in great hands, and I can’t wait to see where our sport goes from here!” Anderson’s last day in her role with USQ is August 23.
Collier and Board Chair Joey Galtelli invite members of the community to a town hall meeting to have the opportunity to meet USQ’s new CEO and learn more about the upcoming season. Please fill out this RSVP for the town hall linked here to receive an invite once a date and time has been determined.
