USQ could not run without the invaluable support of volunteers. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, USQ can sign service hour verification forms, and as such, volunteering can count towards service or volunteer requirements for individuals or teams. Volunteering commitment is 2-5 hours a week, with the ability to scale week-to-week to best fit with your schedule.

COLLEGIATE GROWTH DEPARTMENT

The Collegiate Growth Director oversees all initiatives to expand and strengthen college quadball programs across the country. This volunteer leads the Collegiate Growth Department and works closely with the US Quadball CEO to create and implement long-term strategies for recruitment and retention.

The Events Experience Coordinator supports the Events Experience Manager in delivering fun and engaging opportunities for spectators and participants at US Quadball events. This volunteer helps with VIP experiences, photo ops, activations, and other interactive elements that enhance the overall event experience.
This is a year-round volunteer position with peak activity during event seasons.

Work with USQ’s CEO to develop USQ’s overall marketing and communications strategy
Oversee USQ’s overall marketing and communications strategy
Supervise Marketing Department staff and volunteers, including coordinators and creators
Ensure consistent branding across social media, website, newsletters, livestreams, and other platforms
Collaborate with other departments to promote membership, events, fundraising, and community initiatives
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement

The Lead Proctor manages the testing process for officials’ certification, ensuring fairness and consistency. This volunteer oversees exam development, administration, and grading.
This is a year-round volunteer position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the creation and updating of officials’ certification exams
Manage field test administration and grading, including, but not limited to setting and upholding minimum standards, assigning proctors to events, and setting review and feedback deadlines
Distribute field test results in a timely manner
Train and supervise proctors
